Today was a pretty good day until I got home and I am starving! We decided to just grab a pizza for the kids because I worked so late. I did go over my calorie goal by about 6 calories. Not too bad. tomorrow is weigh day and I bet that it won’t be good with all that salt and fat (it did taste amazing though). I didn’t get a chance to do workout #2 this week – so that means I getting them in on Saturday and Sunday.
I don’t think I slept very well last night because I am so
tired today. I drank about 3 cups of
coffee and one of my V8 breakfast drinks and it still didn’t help. I do have a headache though (too much
caffeine)!
I had to work
straight through my lunch, which meant no yoga.
I was bummed, but there is another one offered next week. My year-end at the office is really ramping
up, I love it, as the days go by so fast!
I am also excited as I just made plans to get my coaching certificate
(professional corporate certificate).
We have a work Christmas party tomorrow, I am looking
forward to seeing everyone and celebrating!
Hopefully I will be able to find something to eat to stay on plan. Note to self to remember to find out menus ahead of time, this will help me plan my day. I am planning a light breakfast and dinner.
I am ready for the weekend, being with the family,
cleaning house, catching up on laundry and such. I can’t believe that Christmas is just around
the corner, I need to get to it!
I am hoping to get to work early and sneak in a run so that
I don’t have to do two this weekend! So
I am off to bed early! Have a great
night!
