Shop 'til you drop!

Yesterday was a crazy day – so I apologize for the late post.

We went for our morning coffee run – I am a gold member at Starbucks officially!!!  Our drinks were free because I filled up my holiday card and had a free rewards gift to redeem – added bonus my boss got us all Starbucks gift cards for Christmas so I won’t have to reload my card for awhile!




After coffee the hubby and I went out Christmas shopping for 6 and a half hours!!!  You would think we are done, but noooo….  I did burn a ton of calories walking all day!  Today the great wrap-a-thon will occur and I’ll see how many more gifts we need to buy.

So we replaced the batteries in the digital scale and I weighed myself again.  It says I’m down 2.2 lbs – so I’m going with that.  I will keep a running history of my weigh ins.  They are at the top of the page under the tab – Weigh Loss Tracker.  My goal is to lose 2 lbs per week to hit my goal by March.

After dropping off the presents and resting, we went and met a couple of our friends for drinks.  We usually only see them in the summer because we go camping together so it is always great to hang out and catch up in the winter too!

I’ve had two rest days (Friday and Saturday) – I will be running on Sunday (in the snow…) to finish out my workouts for week 2 Couch to 5K.
